Medford Children’s Clinic is seeking a creative, fun, and dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This part-time role (Wednesday–Saturday) offers the opportunity to grow into a full-time position if desired. Position Details: 
  • Job Type: Part-Time.
  • Pay: $54.81 – $76.96 per client hour (DOE).

Qualifications:
  • Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
  • Active Oregon Physical Therapy License.
  • CPR certification.
  • Pediatric experience preferred—new grads with strong interest in pediatrics encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to utilize a play-based therapy approach.
  • Willingness to learn use of suspension systems and pediatric therapy equipment.
  • Comfortable working in shared treatment spaces.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • High professional standards and ethical conduct.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate children and young adults (ages 0–21) to determine therapy needs.
  • Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans.
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation that meets insurance, licensing, and supervisory requirements.
  • Provide home programming and caregiver education.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
  • Offer guidance, support, and resources to clients and families.
