Medford Children’s Clinic is seeking a creative, fun, and dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This part-time role (Wednesday–Saturday) offers the opportunity to grow into a full-time position if desired. Position Details:
Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $54.81 – $76.96 per client hour (DOE)

Qualifications:
- Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Active Oregon Physical Therapy License
- CPR certification
- Pediatric experience preferred—new grads with strong interest in pediatrics encouraged to apply
- Ability to utilize a play-based therapy approach
- Willingness to learn use of suspension systems and pediatric therapy equipment
- Comfortable working in shared treatment spaces
- Strong organizational, time-management, written, and verbal communication skills
- High professional standards and ethical conduct
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate children and young adults (ages 0–21) to determine therapy needs
- Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans
- Complete timely and accurate documentation that meets insurance, licensing, and supervisory requirements
- Provide home programming and caregiver education
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Offer guidance, support, and resources to clients and families
