Medford Children’s Clinic is seeking a creative, fun, and dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This part-time role (Wednesday–Saturday) offers the opportunity to grow into a full-time position if desired. Position Details: 
Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $54.81 – $76.96 per client hour (DOE)

Qualifications: 
  • Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
  • Active Oregon Physical Therapy License
  • CPR certification
  • Pediatric experience preferred—new grads with strong interest in pediatrics encouraged to apply
  • Ability to utilize a play-based therapy approach
  • Willingness to learn use of suspension systems and pediatric therapy equipment
  • Comfortable working in shared treatment spaces
  • Strong organizational, time-management, written, and verbal communication skills
  • High professional standards and ethical conduct

Responsibilities: 
  • Evaluate children and young adults (ages 0–21) to determine therapy needs
  • Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation that meets insurance, licensing, and supervisory requirements
  • Provide home programming and caregiver education
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
  • Offer guidance, support, and resources to clients and families
