About the Job
The Clinic Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Medford Children's Therapy clinic, making sure all areas of the clinic are running smoothly. Responsible for supervision of the Access Coordinators and Clinic Aide.

Hours: Full Time, 32 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Location: 400 Crater Lake Ave., Medford, OR 97504

Pay: $24.45-$28.30 per hour, DOE

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Management of all office staff and schedules. Provide coverage for office staff as needed.
  • Liaisons between Access Coordinators, therapists and management.
  • Assist in devising strategies and plans for the clinical department according to company standards for excellent service and growth.
  • Supervise office staff, providing constructive feedback, evaluate performance, and coach employees when necessary. Facilitate annual reviews.
  • Provide office staff personnel with clinical training and opportunities for continuous development.
  • Report payroll every 2 weeks. Approve timesheets and time off requests in Paycor.
  • Work closely with Human Resources and Credentialing departments to perform Onboarding and Offboarding procedures, including required employee documentation, background checks and credentialing documentation.
  • Participation in Safety Committee and ensure OSHA standards are met. Maintain BOLI Signage.
  • Maintain all business licenses and documents.
  • Monitor Therapists' licenses and CPR certifications.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Wifi, VPN, and all office equipment.
  • Complete safety checks on equipment and clinic.
  • Oversee maintaining all areas of the building, inside and out, and assist with treatment area organization.
  • Hire/Oversee cleaning company and maintenance personnel.
  • Inventory (order all supplies when needed).
  • Track all donations, provide tax receipts to donors.
  • Attend various department meetings.
  • Send records as requested and maintain all electronic files.
  • Support Volunteer and Student programs.
  • Local Marketing and Community Outreach.
  • Maintain internal and external websites and materials.
  • Daily oversight of referral tracking and scheduling.
  • Collect and process donations and client payments.
  • Oversee budget and manage deposits.
  • Assist with billing, credentialing, and insurance tasks as needed.
  • Other duties assigned as needed by Clinic Director.

Education and Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of front Office management experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organization and the ability to multitask to a wide variety of tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • EHR (Ensora) experience is a plus.
