We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who specializes in working with the pediatric population. Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies is looking for a full-time or part-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our clinic in Medford, Oregon!

Job Type: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant.
Full-time: 40 hours per week (Flexible work options are open to individuals seeking less hours).

Base Pay Rate: 
  • Full Time Salary $52,275.00-$74,768.06 annually. Based on experience.
  • Part time: $38.74-$56.81 per client hour. Based on experience.

Qualifications:
  • Certified Occupational Assistant degree from an accredited college or university.
  • State of Oregon Certified Occupational Assistant Therapy License.
  • CPR certification.
  • Previous experience working in pediatrics, preferred. 
  • Ability to utilize a play-based approach.
  • Knowledge or ability to learn, safe use of suspension systems and therapy equipment.
  • Comfortable sharing spaces, limited individual treatment rooms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services.
  • Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements.
  • Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
  • Collaborate with members of the clients care team.
  • Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.
