We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who specializes in working with the pediatric population. Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies is looking for a full-time or part-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our clinic in Medford, Oregon!
Job Type: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant.
Full-time: 40 hours per week (Flexible work options are open to individuals seeking less hours).
Base Pay Rate:
- Full Time Salary $52,275.00-$74,768.06 annually. Based on experience.
- Part time: $38.74-$56.81 per client hour. Based on experience.

Qualifications:
- Certified Occupational Assistant degree from an accredited college or university.
- State of Oregon Certified Occupational Assistant Therapy License.
- CPR certification.
- Previous experience working in pediatrics, preferred.
- Ability to utilize a play-based approach.
- Knowledge or ability to learn, safe use of suspension systems and therapy equipment.
- Comfortable sharing spaces, limited individual treatment rooms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards.
Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services.
- Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements.
- Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
- Collaborate with members of the clients care team.
- Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.
